Shipping & Handling
Hartford Restaurant Group ships orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Three shipment options are available for gift card orders. Shipping and handling charges are as follows:
USPS Standard Mail (allow 1-2 business days for delivery): $2
USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days): $5.95
USPS Express Mail (Overnight): $24.95
Returns
Hartford Restaurant Group Gift Cards are not redeemable or refundable for cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. If you believe that you have received a defective card or a card of the wrong redemption value, please call 860-206-6284 during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 am to 4 pm) or email orders@hartfordrestaurantgroup.com to report the problem immediately.
